Our annual Summer Course was held from 12 - 14 March 2010 and was an amazing weekend!! The weather was spot on, the beach beautiful and over 100 students enjoyed a great variety of training including kumite, kata, self defence, weapons (bo and nunchaku) and strength and conditioning. The 12 instructors came well prepared and thoroughly enjoyed each of their sessions. Many spectators took hundreds of photos of a wide variety of students and instructors on the course - you can find them on our public Facebook page. We encourage you to tag these and comment on them and also to add your own. It's so rare to get a good photo of yourself in action, so let's share them around! We'll post dates for next year within a few months - at this early stage, the vibe is good for the full complement of instructors to be repeated.
