The general grading for term 1 (for students up to 2nd kyu) was held on Monday 2 April at the Jannali dojo. The 1st kyu and black belt grading will be held in early/mid May, details to be provided to individual students. |

Our instructors are all accredited with the Australian Coaching Council. Our chief instructor Tony Hails 7th Dan is the founder and chief instructor of Ishinryu Karate in Australia. Sensei Hails is a silver level accredited instructor and 2000 - 2008 National Coach with the Australian Karate Federation (a member of the World Karate Federation). In 2008 he began providing technical assistance to the Fijian Karate Federation and in 2009 was appointed as their Mentor Coach for Kumite. |
