We are a karate style that originated in England (refer history for more detail). Our core business is in teaching karate to all students that wish to pursue technical excellence. We have students from age 4 to 50+, with a wide range of physical abilities and challenges. But that is not all we do.......
Karate classes (general) For all students aged 4+. We have dojo in 3 locations with a consistent, highly qualified and experienced instructor base. We have classes specifically for kids aged 9 and under, and also many all age classes where children and their parents can train at the same time. Our instructor base is large and experienced enough to be able to subdivide most classes so that every student gains the maximum from each class.
Karate classes (private) Our senior instructors are available for regular or casual private lessons. Please refer to the instructor section for qualifications and experience of our senseiis.
Corporate training Why not offer a self defence and martial arts twist to your next staff development day? We have expertise and experience in energising staff.
Children's parties Yes, we do martial arts themed parties at either our dojos or at a private residence. These are suitable for children from age 5 and include a lot of fun with balloons, kick bags, focus mits and blockers. We can supply belts (of any colour), samurai headbands and even a gi for the kids.
